This exhibition features two painting installations, Intersection of Sight and Line of Sight Extension, which utilize both canvas and wall painting. They create a theatrical mode within the exhibition space. Within my pre-defined color scheme, the viewer encounters a color logic that feels both familiar and unfamiliar. Departing from the strong color contrasts of my previous works, this time I have chosen to work primarily with green and brown tones that resonate with the exhibition space. I extracted color blocks corresponding to those predominantly used in the surrounding environment and rearranged them within the picture plane, thereby deconstructing and forming new visual symbols.
